The elections have begun. You can not resist the pleasure to share with you the "manifestos" of parties, programs often elliptic, succinct and full of a lot of idélogie (Winning the battle is much more in each district and nationally). The programs here are always like that, unfortunately: subsidies for everything and everything on paper, flasks of alcohol on election day craft, and for reforms, you're nice, you let us put full searches for four years ... The American model of printing money has permeated the country
